A. Role as a Venue: RRRa Green provides a venue for local vendors ("Vendors") to list and sell their products to customers ("Customers"). RRRa Green is not the direct seller of the items, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The contract for the sale of any product is directly between the Customer and the Vendor.

B. Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for their own products, listings, pricing, order fulfillment, and delivery. RRRa Green does not own, produce, or inspect any of the items sold by Vendors through our platform.

C. Limitation of Liability for Transactions: Because we are not a party to the transaction between you and the Vendor, RRRa Green is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items listed on the site. We do not guarantee the truth or accuracy of Vendor content or listings.

5. Reviews, Comments, and Other Content

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable. You grant RRRa Green a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
