Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of fresh produce, items like vegetables, fruits, and dairy can only be returned if reported at the time of delivery.
- Non-Perishable Goods: Can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement or before the vendor has processed the shipment. Once the order is "In Transit," it cannot be cancelled.
