Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our products, add the items you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to enter your shipping details and payment information to complete the purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is successful.
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other online payment gateways. All transactions are processed through a secure third-party payment provider to ensure your financial data is safe.
Once your order has been shipped by the vendor, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which may include tracking information. You can also view your order status and history by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" page.
Since our products come from various independent vendors, return policies may differ. Please check the "Return Policy" section on the specific product page or the vendor's store page for details. If you have an issue with an order, please contact the vendor directly through our platform or reach out to our support team for assistance.
For Vendors
We're thrilled you're interested in joining our community! To become a vendor, please visit our "Become a Vendor" page and fill out the application form. Our team will review your application and get in touch with you regarding the next steps.
We believe in a fair partnership. Our fee structure is based on a small commission on successful sales. This allows us to maintain the platform, process payments, and market your products. For a detailed breakdown of our fees, please refer to our Vendor Agreement or contact our vendor support team.
Payouts are processed on a regular schedule (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly). We will transfer your earnings, minus our commission, directly to the bank account you provide in your vendor settings. You can track your sales and earnings in your Vendor Dashboard.
